I was told the pay would be 17.00 an hour. After interviewing for 30 straight minutes and nailing every question, and being told all my responsibilities (running all digital ads, radio ads, tv ads, food and beverage ads in house, and running their Friday/Saturday night bingo night promotions) and being told I would work a minimum of 40 hours a week with guarnteed overtime. I know for a fact I'm over qualified for this job after spending the last 2 years in a Ecommerce digital marketing role. After speaking with the hiring manager on the phone they said I was more than qualified for this job, but failed to mention the salary, but they lured me in with an offering of a 200.00 sign on bonus. They intentionally did not post the salary. Interview I'm a mid-level digital marketer who applied for this job and landed an interview.
